Security and Authentication

Research on authentication and communication methods for verifying users and communication partners and exchanging information safely. We have studied authentication that combines a password with a random number held on the device, a method for distinguishing the genuine user from an impostor from acceleration during driving, and a method for removing illegitimate communication packets early. We also handle the generation and distribution of encryption keys shared within a group, and evaluate the balance among security, usability and processing load.
