ABOUT THE DATA
This page explains what the counts and categories on this site measure, as of when, and how they were counted. It is written so that prospective students, researchers and collaborators can read the numbers correctly and cite them. The figures are generated automatically from the data the laboratory maintains each time the site is published.
What is counted, and as of when
The table below summarises the data as of 2026-10-15 (the date the site was generated; the date the publication data itself was last updated is listed separately). Figures change as publications are added or corrected, so please give this date when you quote them.

- Publications are those recorded in the list the laboratory maintains. The earliest year in the list is 2000 and the latest is 2026.
- The list is not necessarily exhaustive. The details of how publications were collected are not described on this page.
- Publications from faculty members’ earlier institutions are also included.
- When the same work appears in more than one form (for example a conference presentation and a later journal paper, or Japanese and English versions), each is counted as a separate publication. The relationship between them is not recorded.
Sources
- Publications: the publication data the laboratory maintains. It has been cross-checked against ORCID, Crossref, CiNii and publishers’ information, but a source and a check date are not recorded for each item.
- Faculty careers and awards: only items confirmed against primary sources are listed on each faculty page.
- Grants and joint research: listed on the faculty page, based on the faculty member’s researchmap and KAKEN records and the laboratory’s own records.
- Student awards: recorded to match the organizer’s published list of winners, with a link to the source.
- Main employers of graduates: company names chosen from the laboratory’s records, without numbers or years. Names were checked against each company’s official website.
- Access: the official page of Aichi Institute of Technology. Shuttle-bus timetables are updated by the university and are not copied here.
Citing and using the data
- When you quote a figure, please give the date it is as of (2026-10-15) and the URL of this page or of the relevant page.
- An individual publication can be identified by its permalink on the site and, where registered, its DOI URL.
- A guide for generative AI and search services such as ChatGPT and Claude (llms.txt) is provided to make the site easier to read. It does not guarantee listing, citation or the accuracy of any answer. To check an answer, please see the original pages and this page.
