Distributed Dataflow and Edge Computing

Research on a platform that processes the data produced by IoT devices by sharing the work among multiple on-site devices, rather than only collecting it in the cloud. With InfoFlow, we study a mechanism for designing a service's processing steps on screen and dividing and placing them across devices. Through software recomposition and container management, we aim to build flexible edge services whose functions can be changed easily without replacing devices.
